Comprehensive Privacy Notice

ZWOPA, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter, "NoTeLimites"), with address at Calle Corregidora #544, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México, C.P. 66230, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP, the Mexican data protection law), its regulations and the guidelines issued by INAI, the Mexican data protection authority.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you use our web platform, mobile application or services:

• Identification data: name, email address, profile photo.
• Account data: username, federated sign-in identifiers (Google, Apple, Facebook, GitHub).
• Geolocation data: approximate or precise device location, only when you authorize it, to show nearby events.
• Usage data: pages visited, events viewed, searches, interactions with the artificial intelligence chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device.
• Data of institutional clients (B2G/B2B): legal name, RFC (Mexican tax ID), tax address, email and phone of the authorized contact person.
• Optional connections with third-party services: if you authorize it, we collect limited data from Spotify (top 50 artists and recent tracks, genres) and from YouTube (subscribed channels, “liked” videos in the music category) exclusively to personalize event recommendations. We NEVER read your full history, private messages or payment data, and we never publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect these services at any time from /en/perfil/conexiones.

1.b YouTube API Services · specific terms

When you connect your YouTube account, NoTeLimites uses the YouTube API Services to access, exclusively under the youtube.readonly scope, your list of subscribed channels and the public list of videos you have “liked” in the Music category.

By connecting YouTube you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service. The use of the YouTube API Services is additionally governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What data we read:only the titles of subscribed channels and, for “liked” videos in the Music category, the channel title and up to three tags per video. We do NOT read watch history, comments, private messages, payment data or private content of your account.

How it is used: exclusively to personalize the curation of cultural events we recommend to you. It is not shared with third parties, not used for targeted advertising outside the platform, and not sold.

How to revoke access:you can revoke NoTeLimites' access to your YouTube data at any time from /en/perfil/conexiones or directly from the Google security panel at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, we delete the data derived from YouTube within a maximum of 30 days.

2. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary to provide the service):

• Create and manage your user account.
• Recommend relevant events to you through curation with artificial intelligence.
• Show you nearby events on a map when you authorize geolocation.
• Provide services contracted by cultural, governmental or tourism institutions (publishing, reach reports, creative generation).
• Send operational communications (confirmations, alerts, reminders).
• Comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Secondary purposes (not necessary; you may object):

• Sending a weekly newsletter with featured events.
• Aggregate statistical analysis and product improvement.
• Communication of promotions from travel and entertainment partners.

If you do not want your data processed for secondary purposes, you may state so at any time by writing to hola@notelimites.com.

3. Transfers and data processors

Your data may be processed by processors acting in the name and on behalf of NoTeLimites under confidentiality agreements: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Neon Inc. (database), Anthropic PBC (processing of the Claude artificial intelligence model), Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery), Mapbox Inc. (maps), federated authentication platforms (Google LLC, Apple Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., GitHub Inc.) and, when you authorize the connection, the APIs of Spotify AB and YouTube (Google LLC) under the limited scope described in section 1.

Some of these providers are located in the United States of America. This transfer is necessary to maintain and operate the platform; it does not require your consent pursuant to article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

NoTeLimites does not sell or rent your personal data. No commercial transfers to third parties for external marketing purposes are made.

4. ARCO rights and revocation

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel (delete) or Object to the processing of your data (the ARCO rights under Mexican law), as well as to revoke the consent granted, limit its use or disclosure and port your data.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to privacidad@notelimites.com including: (i) full name and a means of receiving a response, (ii) a document proving your identity, (iii) a clear description of the right you are exercising, and (iv) any element that helps locate your data. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to authenticate your session, remember your selected location and measure site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable them from your browser, although some features may stop working correctly.

6. Minors

NoTeLimites is a platform suitable for all audiences, but account registration requires legal age (18 years in Mexico). Minors may browse content without an account and under the supervision of a responsible adult.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), database encryption at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and periodic review of providers.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The current version is published at this same URL with the date of last update. Substantial changes are notified by email to registered users.
