Privacy Notice
This notice complies with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP, the Mexican data protection law) and the European Union's GDPR where applicable.
1. Data controller
ZWOPA S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico), operating under the NoTeLimites brand. Payments to organizers in the USA and Canada are processed through NTL events, LLC (Delaware, USA), an affiliated payment-processing entity. Contact: privacidad@notelimites.com.
2. What data we collect
From users (buyers / attendees / organizers)
- Full name
- Phone / WhatsApp (optional)
- City / approximate location (for recommendations near you)
- Profile photo (if you upload one or log in with Google)
- History of events you attend / have attended
From organizers
- Company data: legal name, RFC (Mexican tax ID), tax address
- Identification of the legal representative (INE, CURP, date of birth)
- Bank details (CLABE)
- Stripe keeps a copy of KYB documents · NoTeLimites does not store them
From custom registration fields
If you buy a ticket to an event that requests extra data (e.g. "professional license number", "food allergies"), those fields were configured by the organizer. We receive that data and deliver it to the organizer.

3. What we use your data for
- Process your purchases and deliver your ticket
- Recommend events near you / matching your style
- Send you confirmations, reminders and event changes
- Promotional communication (you can opt out)
- Comply with tax and legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraud
4. Third parties we share data with
Only what is strictly necessary, with service providers that meet similar standards:

5. Your ARCO rights (LFPDPPP)
Under the LFPDPPP, the Mexican data protection law, you can exercise your rights of:
- Access: know what data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Cancellation: have us delete your data (subject to pending legal obligations)
- Objection: refuse specific uses (e.g. marketing)

6. Data retention
- Account data: for as long as your account is active
- Purchase data: 5 years (tax obligation with SAT, the Mexican tax authority)
- Security logs: 12 months
- Session cookies: up to 1 year
7. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember your preferred language
- Detect fraud (security cookies)
- Anonymized analytics
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (login, purchases) will not work.
8. Minors
Minimum age for an account: 13 years. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you discover that a minor gave us data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. International transfer
Your data may be stored on servers in the USA and the EU (Vercel, Neon, Stripe). All of them meet protection standards equivalent to those of Mexico and the EU.
10. Requests from public authorities
If a public authority requests personal data from us, we first review the legality and scope of the request (with legal counsel where applicable), disclose only the minimum information necessary to comply, and document the request and our response. Where the law allows it, we notify the affected person. As of the date of this notice, we have not received national-security requests nor disclosed personal data under such requests.
11. Changes to this notice
We will notify you by email of any substantial changes. For minor changes, we update the version and effective date above.
