Version v1.1 · effective since August 17, 2026
Organizer Terms
If you are going to publish events and/or sell tickets on NoTeLimites as an organizer, these terms apply to you. Read them · they are short and direct.
1. What NoTeLimites is and what it is NOT
NoTeLimites (operated by ZWOPA S.A.P.I. de C.V., Monterrey, N.L., Mexico) is a technology platform that connects organizers with attendees. We give you the tools to create, promote and get paid for your events.
NoTeLimites is NOT: an organizer, a tax intermediary, or the merchant of record for payments. Every peso you collect goes directly to your bank account via Stripe. We never touch the money.
2. You are responsible for your event
By publishing an event you accept that you, as organizer, are solely responsible for:
- Municipal permits and licenses (alcohol, noise, land use, health, etc.) that your event requires.
- Tax obligations with SAT (the Mexican tax authority): issuing the CFDI 4.0 invoice to the buyer (NoTeLimites integrates you with Facturapi, but you upload your own digital seals).
- IMSS / INFONAVIT (Mexican social security and housing-fund) obligations for your team if you have employees.
- Physical safety of the event location (actual capacity, emergency exits, etc.).
- Accuracy of all data: date, place, capacity, ticket types, prices, description.
- PROFECO compliance (Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law): a clear refund policy that is honored.
- LFPDPPP (the Mexican data protection law): protecting the personal data you receive from attendees.
3. Mandatory refund policy
To avoid disputes with attendees and lower the chargeback rate (which affects us all), you must offer at least one of these refund models:
- Full refund if the attendee cancels ≥48 hrs before the event.
- Full refund if you cancel the event or reschedule it and the attendee cannot attend.
- Credit toward a future event as an alternative (optional).
If you do NOT publish your refund policy on your page, the default above applies.
4. Fees and payouts
- NoTeLimites does not charge a commission per ticket sold.
- NoTeLimites charges a monthly or per-event membership (see plans at /boletera). You choose the plan that fits your volume.
- Stripe withholds its processing fee (~3.6% + $3 MXN per transaction · amount subject to change by Stripe). This is paid by the attendee or by you, depending on how you configure it.
- Payouts to your account: every 2 business days (Stripe MX standard T+2).
- Initial hold: Stripe may hold your first payouts for 7-14 days for new organizers as an industry-standard anti-fraud measure.
5. Prohibited events
You may NOT publish events that:
- Are illegal under Mexican or international law
- Sell alcohol/tobacco without the corresponding licenses
- Involve illegal drugs
- Promote violence, discrimination or hate speech
- Are fraudulent (the organizer is not the legitimate holder, past events disguised as future ones, false capacity)
- Sell prohibited goods/services (weapons, controlled substances, sexual content involving minors)
- Are raffles/draws without a SEGOB permit (Mexico's Ministry of the Interior, where applicable)
- Are resales of third-party tickets (unless you have authorization from the original organizer)
6. Indemnification of NoTeLimites
By accepting these terms you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoTeLimites (ZWOPA S.A.P.I. de C.V. and its affiliates, including NTL events, LLC) against any claim, demand, fine or loss arising from:
- Your event (including cancellations, attendee injuries, venue damage)
- Your published content (images, descriptions, data)
- Your breach of tax or regulatory obligations
- Disputes with attendees that we could not mediate
7. Account cancellation
NoTeLimites may suspend or cancel your organizer account, without prior notice, if:
- We receive multiple verifiable fraud reports
- Your chargeback rate exceeds 1%
- Stripe closes your Connect account for breach of its terms
- You publish prohibited events (section 5)
- You share your account credentials with third parties
In case of suspension, pending Stripe payouts are processed according to Stripe's policy.
8. Personal data (LFPDPPP)
When an attendee buys a ticket to your event, NoTeLimites delivers to you their name, email and phone (plus custom fields if you configured them). You receive that data as a data controller under the LFPDPPP (the Mexican data protection law) and you must:
- Only use it for purposes related to the event (access, communication of changes, explicitly consented follow-up)
- Not sell it or transfer it to third parties without consent
- Honor ARCO rights if the attendee requests it
- Delete it when it is no longer needed
9. Disputes and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. For claims in the USA related to payment processing by NTL events, LLC (the affiliated entity that processes payouts for USA/Canada organizers), Delaware jurisdiction applies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 7 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account without penalty.
