Attendee Terms
If you buy tickets or register for an event on NoTeLimites, these terms apply to you. Read them before buying.
Scope: these terms apply only to native NoTeLimites events (those sold with our own ticketing platform). Aggregated third-party events — the ones that display their source (Ticketmaster, eticket, Boletia, etc.) and take you to buy on the official ticketing site — are purchased outside NoTeLimites under that platform's terms; NoTeLimites is not a party to that purchase. See section 3 of the general Terms and Conditions.
1. Purchases are made directly with the organizer
NoTeLimites is a technology platform. When you buy a ticket, your purchase agreement is directly with the event organizer (not with NoTeLimites). The money passes through Stripe and goes directly to the organizer. NoTeLimites is a technology facilitator.
2. Tickets and access QR codes
- Each ticket has a unique, non-transferable QR code (unless the organizer explicitly allows transfers).
- The QR is scanned upon entering the event · one admission per QR.
- If you lose the email with your QR, contact the organizer (their contact appears in your confirmation).
3. Refunds
Each event has its own refund policy (set by the organizer). If you do NOT see a specific policy, the legal minimum applies:
- Full refund if you cancel ≥48 hrs before the event
- Full refund if the organizer cancels the event
- No refund if you cancel <48 hrs before (unless the organizer agrees)
To request a refund: contact the organizer first from your purchase confirmation. If they do not respond within 5 business days or refuse without justified cause, write to us at disputas@notelimites.com and we will mediate. In extreme cases you can dispute the charge with your bank (chargeback).
4. Responsibility for the event
The organizer is responsiblefor the event: content, safety, quality, compliance. NoTeLimites does not guarantee that the event will take place or its quality. If you have a bad experience (injury, event does not deliver what was promised, etc.), your primary claim is against the organizer. NoTeLimites may mediate but does not assume the organizer's civil liability.
5. Conduct at events
By attending you agree to:
- Respect the rules of the organizer and the venue
- No aggressive, discriminatory or illegal behavior
- Comply with the minimum age required (if applicable)
- Not resell your ticket above the original price without the organizer's authorization
The organizer may deny you entry or remove you if you break the rules, without a refund.
6. Personal data
We collect: name, email, phone, city. Some events request extra fields (professional license number, age, etc.). This data goes to:
- NoTeLimites to operate the platform
- Organizer of the event to confirm your access
- Stripe to process the payment
- Facturapi if you request a CFDI invoice (Mexican electronic invoice)

7. Minimum age
To create a NoTeLimites account you must be at least 13 years old. To buy tickets to events with alcohol or other age restrictions, the event's minimum age applies (usually 18).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If you make a purchase after a change, you accept the new version.
